My naturopathic basis is humoral medicine (Lat. humores).
They are the four pillars of “Diäita” (correct way of living). This is how the four bodily fluids are kept in a healthy balance (homeostasis). The ether is the spiritual dimension and thereby the all encompassing element therein. 
The rhythm of work and relaxation, the movement, the nutrition and mental attitude/consciousness. In these elements the cycle of life is anchored, like the beginning in Phlegma, the blossoming in Sanguis, the harvest in Chole and the passing in Melanchole.
My work resembles a pyramid, wherein the person stands upright in the middle of these four pillars and thus has a solid foundation. This is where the fifth, non-material element is at home, the ether.
This is where the transformation into a new life cycle, a new level of consciousness, takes place.
Working with plants complements the humoral medicine, such that an even larger circle opens up and leads you directly to the essence (center) of your being.

My coaching gets you closer to your essence either directly via a body therapy in the form of a foot massage and/or craniosacral therapy or virtually via a talk.
By using my naturopathic techniques and the direct support from the spiritual dimension, as well as my ANEAs Soul & Nature Oracle deck, plus Dr. Bach Remedies, I bring these spiritual aspects together into my work.

The result is that you recognize the next step yourself, in order to move forward mindfully and with confidence, especially in times of darkness and obscurity, or also to find yourself therein in a state of acceptance. Your inner strength is always there. It waits in your acceptance of what and how it is right now.
