TIME FOR THE NEW
What do I want now?
There are things in life that must be decided…
I gather the courage and consciously choose This, even without a “guarantee” or option. Exactly This allows me to grow, deep inside.
So I let go of old limitations and trust my heart.
The time between the times, a time without a break, a time with a bottomless ground, a time of transformation – from the caterpillar to the butterfly.
Where am I now?
I am captured in the moment, feelings overcome me, rolling me flat onto the ground and then simply rinsing my everything away – where to?
What gives me a hold?
I ask myself, looking left and right. Where do I sense coherent resonance, where is my attention drawn to?
What is my next step?
To accept my feelings, to see and appreciate my strengths, and also to accept my weaknesses?
So carefully, I pull on the thread of my big ball of life.
There are knots, more knots, long straight stretches and then even an end.
A new thread is added, there is a crossing, so to speak. I pause for a moment.
Yes, I want to dare to boldly continue knitting my life with new colors.

MY SCREAM INTO THE NIGHT
My car stands there, silent and dark, in the middle of the freeway.
Night falls, and I swing a cloth wildly through the air like a matador with all my might.
“Please, no accident, no accident,” I think desperately.
I am seized by mortal fear when I realize what is happening here.
Cars drive towards me, honk and in the last second, swerve by me and my car.
Then I scream loudly to the sky, “God help me, God help me!”
After what felt like an eternity, police cars with lights and sirens appear.
They tow me and my car away and simply ask if I am able to drive home now.
“Yes”, I say, and the nightmare is over…
This is the beginning of my second life and of my task here and now.
To encourage people to never give up and to always stand up again, and in deep love and loyalty to themselves, to truly live their own lives.
